When accessed in August 2022, the resource page was set up with a list of options on the right hand side of the screen, and you can choose “does not exclude sex offender” to weed out programs that will reject RCs, and you can narrow by service type, like permanent, temporary, & emergency shelter (only select “does not exclude sex offenders” and one other criteria at a time or you may miss some leads, because the more options you select, the more listings are excluded).   • Missouri Citizens for Reform – Missouri Citizens for Reform is a grassroots organization that is currently working on an alternative plan to replace Missouri’s current sex offender registry which requires all offenders to register for life, regardless of the severity of the crimes or the risk for re-offense.
