Nassau County Wellness Resource Guide

The Nassau County Worksite Wellness Resource Guide is intended to help businesses plan, implement, and evaluate their worksite wellness programs. Whether the business is developing a new program or trying to enhance a current wellness endeavor, this guide has many free and fee based resources to help. This document may be downloaded, copied and/or reprinted free of charge.

Community Resource Guide

The Community Resource Guide is a comprehensive list of community health and social services available in Nassau County and surrounding areas.  The Community Resource Guide provides an alphabetical listing of organizations, including telephone numbers and addresses, along with information about the resources available.  Inclusion of these guides/links does not represent endorsement of the organization or its program, nor does exclusion represent lack of endorsement.

Community Resource Directory

The Community Resource Directory is a condensed version of the full Community Resource Guide. The Directory provides an alphabetical listing of organization phone numbers who provide health care and social services for the Nassau County community and surrounding areas. Inclusion of these guides/links does not represent endorsement of the organization or its program, nor does exclusion represent lack of endorsement.
