Property Amenities:
Provides a variety of services including affordable rental housing, affordable homeownership opportunities, rental housing rehab programs, homebuyer education, counseling, planning, and development.
Qualifications:
The programs serve residents of Aitkin, Benton, Carlton, Cass, Chisago, Crow Wing, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, Morrison, Pine, Sherburne, Stearns, Todd, Wright and Wadena Counties.
Other Information:
The organization was created with the goals of preserving, improving and increasing the affordable housing stock in Central Minnesota. These goals have been achieved over the years through a variety of innovative programs and services offering affordable housing to low and moderate income households.
