We are struggling to find a place to rent because my boyfriend is a sex offender. He is the nicest person in the world. This is so sad. Is there anyone out there who would be willing to rent to us? We have two well behaved cats with us.

    Hello,

I am a Supervisor for Adult Probation and Parole in Utah. I currently work in a halfway house for sex offenders, the Atherton Community Treatment Center. We are regularly looking for appropriate and approvable housing for our offenders. If you have any resources or information that could be helpful in this area please let me know.

    1. Hello, I have an old friend that is out of jail and a registered offender. He is currently in WY, and wants to move to Utah. He is having a hard time finding a place to live. I don’t know his whole story or details of his sentence. He is a vet, and wants to get back to working hard. Do you have any leads for the slc and surrounding areas? Thank you!

I honestly don’t think there is any housing, rental or anything like that support wise in the state of Utah which is awful. No housing assistance will help a sex offender even when their offense was over 12 years ago and it was an attempted. It so stupid. Help please if anyone knows of anything cuz obviously this website has nothing on housing for Utah at all. Sad panda
