The complex consists of 23 units made up of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with 10 of the units set aside for households with a family member with developmental disabilities. Income must be under 50% of Area Median Income (for 10 units) or 80% of Area Median Income (for 12 units). Section 8 vouchers are accepted.
