CEO outreaches to local community correction, drug rehabilitation, and community based facilities in an effort to help clients remain productive members of society.<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-11\"><span id=\"ezoic-pub-ad-placeholder-162\"><\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"google_ads_iframe_\/1254144,22641102405\/felonyrecordhub_com-medrectangle-3_0__container__\"><a href=\"https:\/\/e-colorado.coworkforce.com\/File.aspx?ID=24271\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\"><strong>e-Colorado Reentry Services<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0\u2013 Community Re-Entry provides unique programs and support services through an intensive \u2018case management model.\u2019 Multiple services are delivered and\/or programs utilized to assist the offender\u2019s transition plan. Delivery of services and programs are incentive- based, and are part of the offenders\u2019 community supervision plan.\u00a0 Community Re-Entry Specialists provide case management and comprehensive services that include, but are not limited to employment services, shelter and transportation assistance, clothing and tools, health care, and referral to community support services that may impact transition from prison to the community.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/focusreentry.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Focus Reentry<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0\u2013 FOCUS Reentry is a mentoring program whose mission is to reduce recidivism and enhance community safety. As the only formal program available to offenders leaving the Boulder County Jail FOCUS mentors serve as a bridge in the offenders\u2019 transition back into society, helping them to stabilize, rebuild their lives and eventually achieve self-sufficiency. In fact, a third party evaluation showed FOCUS achieving an astonishing 17% recidivism rate, in contrast to the State of Colorado\u2019s 49% (according to The Sentencing Project, 2008).<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ind-house.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Independence House<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013\u00a0Independence House offers re-entry programs to offenders in the Denver metro area.\u00a0 Programs are specific to the different needs and challenges that offenders encounter.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.reentryinitiative.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Reentry Initiative<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 The Reentry Initiative is a non-profit organization based in Boulder County, Colorado that offers effective pre- and post-release programs and support to offenders in state correctional facilities.
