She said the two had sex a \u201chandful of times,\u201d usually in her car at the school\u2019s baseball field in June and July, according to the arrest report. She said they also had sex at the man\u2019s brother\u2019s house.<\/p>\n<p>Franzese was hired in 2016 after a background check that included a screening with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, FBI and the FDLE sexual offender and predator registry, according to the district.
