The language, contained in the definition of \u201cPermanent Residence\u201d, \u201cTemporary Residence\u201d or \u201cTransient Residence\u201d states, \u201c<span id=\"page47R_mcid5\" class=\"markedContent\"><span class=\"\" dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">A day includes any\u00a0<span class=\"highlight appended\">part of<\/span>\u00a0a calendar day.<\/span><\/span>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This would be disastrous.
