What may we assist you with?: We are hiring four (4) males for the position of House Coordinators. Candidates must be at least 40 years of age and if the candidate has a legal background, it must be seven (7) years away from the date of his conviction since he will be overseeing sex offenders. Attached is some detailed specificity of the position:
House Coordinators handle the day-to-day and shift-to-shift operations of specific recovery homes. They ensure that the implementation of prescribed duties that have been assigned to the shift coordinators, cooks, drivers, and maintenance men. The House Coordinator ensures that whatever was assigned has been carried out in accordance with specific instructions issued by the Project Director and the Training Manual.
House Coordinators coordinate and supervise the on-site responsibilities of the transitional residential/recovery home. House Coordinator also helps to develop strategies for effective handling of residents in conjunction with Shift Coordinators and help to solve day-to-day problems that the House Coordinators encounters. House Coordinators also maintain general order and discipline throughout the assigned home, especially on assigned shifts.
Compensation:
Salary negotiable and based on experience
Must live on-site and be handle to handle a 12-hour shift (8 am – 8 pm) Monday thru Friday.
