\nThere are several offices in Fayette County. The transitional housing resource they run is known as Project Independence. It is for homeless families and the very poor in the community. Once housing has been established, Community Action staff work with clients to set goals, provide information on any rent subsides, and learn tools to maintain stable housing.<\/p>\n\n
