case management services are available for offenders and ex-offenders
small grants up to $700 are available to ex-offenders plus six months case management
must be from Garfield County originally
emergency assistance up to $400 for housing deposit, rental assistance or utilities
with imminent risk of homelessness, provides 3 months rental assistance
